All online orders on dustandspark.com can be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund.

Past 48 hours from time of purchase, all made-to-order furniture and item sales/orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

2. Cosmetic Standards and Materials

  • Natural Variations: All pieces are handcrafted and may have natural variations in materials, finish, color tone, grain patterns, or dimensions. These variations are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects.

3. Lead Times and Timelines

  • Estimated Timelines: Estimated completion timelines and lead times are approximate, vary depending on influx of orders, and are subject to change.

  • Timeline Adjustments: Adjustments to timelines may occur due to material availability, design changes or adjustments, client-requested changes (with additional time added as necessary), or unforeseen delays.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All online orders on dustandspark.com can be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund.

  • Past 48 hours from time of purchase, all made-to-order furniture and item sales/orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

5. Warranty

  • Coverage: Online orders are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, environmental damage, or damage caused by environmental conditions are excluded and not covered.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Local pickup, delivery and shipping options are specified at checkout. We only offer shipping options to the continental United States at this time.

7. Liability

  • Usage and Handling: Dust & Spark, LLC is not liable or responsible for damage, injury, or damages caused by improper use, handling, or assembly of items after pickup or delivery.

  • External Delays: Dust & Spark, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping issues, or circumstances beyond their control.

  • Confirmation: Placing an online order confirms your acknowledgement, understanding, and agreement to these terms and conditions.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
